Cut Calories Sans The Counting

I’ve been doing quite a bit of research lately, trying to figure out what the best diet and exercise regiment would be for me.  I’ve analyzed the best cardio programs, searched for obscenely healthy recipes, read all about weight supplements including Akavar reviews, and severely cut back on the sugar I bring into the house.  And while I’m certainly not obese, I could definitely stand to shed a few pounds.  Thus began my quest…how to cut calories without actually having to count them.  Lest you think it can’t be done, I assure you it can…by following simple food rules such as these:

  • Incorporate fruit and veggies into your diet.  Buy what’s in season and what you really like - cut them up, stock up your fridge, and enjoy a tasty yet healthy snack when you feel the munchies begin!
  • Addicted to soda?  A better question is what sane woman isn’t?  Diet coke has been my vice for years, so I’m starting slow by replacing one glass a day with good ol’ H2O, in an effort to wean my body from all that sugar and caffeine.
  • If you’re going out to eat, consider ordering an appetizer with a house salad or sharing an entree with someone.  Food portions in America are grossly oversized - if it’s in front of you, chances are you’ll eat it..even absentmindedly.  So reduce your portions and you’ll be surprised at how little food it actually takes to make you feel full.
  • When you are tempted to eat simply out of boredom or an equally lame reason, remove yourself from the temptation.  Go on a walk or start a new project to keep yourself busy.
  • You will likely see the best results if you take Akavar in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet.
