It’s official…one of my new years resolutions (to lose weight) has officially begun. Nevermind that it is almost the end of February - better late than never!
I recently pulled out my new barely used treadmill, which was being stored in my Utah storage unit - trust me, it would have gotten more use there than in my home. And one would think the built-in TV (I know…very fancy, huh?) would have been such a motivator. But not in my case. Every time I tried to watch it, I felt as though I was about to lose my footing and would topple on my face.
But I digress…
Alas the time has come. My junk in the trunk (and the front) just ain’t getting any smaller, despite all my half-assed efforts. I’ll be the first to admit that round tasty treats of sugary goodness and diet bubbly should probably not be eaten every day.
Hey, cut me some slack - I’m working on it!
Hence, my retrieval of the treadmill. Yesterday I was able to do one mile before I felt like my rubber legs were going to snap. I’m pretty sure I looked something like this….
